Glenn Adams
President

As President and co-founder of Keystone, Glenn manages the strategic direction of the company, guides client relations, and oversees management services. He brings a wealth of experience to the position, having previously served as Keystone's Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Keystone, Glenn spent 11 years (1986-1997) in various capacities with a national provider of emergency department management services.


Bruce Auerbach, MD, FACEP

Dr. Auerbach joined Keystone in 1997 as Chief Medical Officer. Since 1987, Dr. Auerbach has served as Vice President & Chief of Emergency and Ambulatory Services at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Dr. Auerbach is a highly accomplished and respected physician leader both nationally and in the state of Massachusetts. He has served multiple terms as Chair of the Government Affairs Committee of the American College of Emergency Physicians. In addition, he has previously served as President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians.


Susan Cross

Susan is currently serving as Keystone’s Vice President of Client Administration and oversees Keystone’s client relationships as well as the daily operations of the company. Susan has been with Keystone since August of 2000. Before her current position, Susan served as Keystone’s Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Provider Enrollment, and Regional Manager. Prior to Keystone, Susan spent 9 years working with national and regional providers of emergency department management services, primarily in the Southern United States.


Sandy Glantz, MD, FACEP

Dr. Glantz has served as Vice President of Medical Affairs for Keystone since 2004. Dr. Glantz oversees the physician and mid-level screening process for Keystone and its on-line risk education program. Dr. Glantz is currently an Attending Emergency Physician and EM Residency Faculty Member at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip, New York. Previously, Dr. Glantz served as Director, Department of Emergency Medicine, at Huntington Hospital in Huntington, New York for 8 years. Dr. Glantz received his medical degree from Columbia University in New York, New York and did his Residency at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, New York.


Mark Mitchell, MD, FACEP
Medical Director – Southern Region

Dr. Mitchell joined Keystone in 2007 as Medical Director of the Southern Region. Dr. Mitchell co-oversees Keystone’s clients relationships and assists and supports Keystone’s local medical leadership. Dr. Mitchell’s responsibilities extend to business development for Keystone in the Southern United States. Dr. Mitchell has been a practicing full-time emergency physician since 1984 and is a Past President of the Alabama Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Mitchell received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, Alabama where he also did his residency.


Pam Boland
Senior Staffing Coordinator

Pam Boland joined the Keystone team in 2003 and is currently serving as Senior Staffing Coordinator for the company. Pam’s primary responsibility is scheduling and payroll for Keystone’s client hospitals. Prior to joining Keystone, Pam worked for Sharp Manufacturing from 1980 to 1996 as Unit Manger, Section Manager, and Department Manager. From 1996 to 2003, Pam owned her own successful design and furnishings business.


Jeannie Diaz
Lead Physician Recruiter

Jeannie Diaz has served as Lead Physician Recruiter for Keystone since 2006. Jeannie is directly responsible for leading Keystone’s Recruitment Team. Prior to joining Keystone, Jeannie's experience included positions as Director of Recruitment and Admissions, as well as Campus Director for several colleges including: Concorde College, Maric College, California Academy, and Remington College/E.A.U.
