Keystone Telehealth

Discover how Keystone Healthcare is imagineering and optimizing the patient flow through telehealth solutions and telemedicine services from Pre-Hospital through Post-Discharge.

We believe Telemedicine will have a mission-critical role in the future of emergency medicine and hospital medicine. Our telehealth services supplement your emergency medicine and hospital medicine departments, enabling more patients to receive care in a timely manner.

It’s not just about having the technology, it’s about having an engaged partner to architect telehealth solutions that impact patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and ultimately your bottom line. Keystone Healthcare has experience implementing telehealth solutions in low-volume rural settings and across high-volume large health systems with shared telehealth resources. No two solutions are the same, and we have developed the infrastructure necessary to build custom solutions based on your hospital’s needs.

Our Telehealth Services

Pre-Hospital

Our Pre-Hospital telehealth solutions include ED2Home and Tele-EMS, allowing low-acuity patients to receive treatment at home or be routed to an alternate destination of care. ED2Home is our direct-to-consumer platform while Tele-EMS connects ED providers with EMS and mobile urgent care providers.

Emergency Medicine

Our emergency medicine telehealth services include Tele-Triage and Tele-ED, improving capacity and surge management. Tele-Triage decreases the number of patients leave without treatment (LWOT), reduces time to provider (TTP), and improves surge management. Tele-ED enhances capacity management and improves patient satisfaction and safety.

Hospital Medicine

Our hospital inpatient telehealth services include Virtual Inpatient Rounding, Specialty Consults, Tele-ICU, and Virtual Case Management/Utilization Review. These telemedicine services effectively improve physician capacity, patient safety and satisfaction, and make real-time documentation more efficient.

Post-Discharge

Keystone Connect is a virtual AI solution, providing real-time patient satisfaction and sentiment scoring to increase HCAHPs and reduce readmissions and CMS penalties. Response rates via Keystone Connect have been shown to double and triple as compared to traditional methods.
