Plano, TX, February 1, 2020 – Keystone Healthcare Partners (Keystone Healthcare), a leading provider of Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine physician management services and staffing solutions for hospitals, announced today that it has expanded its geographic service area to include Texas, after contracting with Concierge Emergency Medicine Group, located in Houston, Texas.
Keystone Healthcare will provide contract billing services to Concierge Emergency Medicine Group, a staffing group contracted with River Oaks Hospital, a new multi-specialty surgical hospital with an Emergency Medicine department. The new surgical hospital accommodates Spine, Pain, ENT, Hand, Podiatry, Plastic, Orthopedic, and Ophthalmology. Until now, Keystone Healthcare has partnered with hospitals in New York, Pennsylvania, and Mississippi, making Concierge Emergency Medicine Group its first contract in the state of Texas.
From its captive medical billing company located in Plano, Texas, Keystone Healthcare will provide patient billing, enrollment, and revenue cycle management services to Concierge Emergency Medicine Group. It will leverage its robust quality monitoring and reporting structure to allow Concierge Emergency Medicine Group to easily monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the health of its revenue cycle.
Concierge Emergency Medicine Group contracted with Keystone Healthcare for its unique approach to medical billing services for hospitals. Its approach includes a highly skilled team of revenue cycle professionals, a patient-advocate-centered philosophy, annual coding audits by nationally recognized third-party auditors, direct and real-time feedback from its coding team to the center’s physician education team, and working closely with facility personnel to quickly resolve any issues.
