Keystone Donates $25,000 to Deliver 2,000 COVID-19 Vaccines in India and the Philippines

Keystone Healthcare has experienced the harshest realities of the COVID-19 pandemic since the virus first emerged in the United States. Since early 2020 our clinicians and frontline staff have faced unthinkable tragedy and unforeseen challenges on a daily basis, and we have immense respect and gratitude for their heroic efforts.

The trials of the pandemic, however, have not been exclusively reserved for our providers, our team, or our country. The virus knows no borders and has had devastating impact globally. As vaccines and a semblance of normalcy rolled out successfully across the United States, we’ve watched in horror as other parts of the world were not afforded that same privilege. In particular, the Indian cities of Bengaluru, Chennai and Trichy remain in lockdown, experiencing high levels of infection and death.

In response, Keystone has donated $25,000 to Omega Healthcare Management Services, a key provider of revenue cycle management solutions for US healthcare. The $25,000 donation is being matched in full by Omega and will support the full vaccination of over 2,000 Omega employees, or nearly 12% of their workforce.

Keystone Healthcare is grateful to be in a position to help others in our industry during a time of dire need, and we are committed to caring for everyone who has contributed to the heroic healthcare effort over this past year and half.
