Melissa Jackson has joined Keystone as Vice President of Revenue Cycle – Billing & Collections.
In her role, Jackson will manage all aspects of the billing and collections division of Keystone’s revenue cycle, working closely with senior leadership to set goals and implement strategies that assure revenue expectations are met while delivering an exceptional client and patient experience.
“I’m very excited to join the Keystone team and have the opportunity to implement best practice revenue cycle methodologies to drive results for the organization,” Jackson states. “My experience in healthcare billing and customer service will allow me to improve processes with our team which will ultimately increase patient satisfaction through the continuum of care.”

Before joining Keystone, Jackson served as Vice President of Accounts Receivable for Schumacher Clinical Partners, where she was responsible for $1.8 billion in receivables. Her extensive experience encompasses excellent customer service, unmatched patient satisfaction and revenue cycle optimization.
