Keystone Healthcare Management, a growing and innovative provider of Emergency and Hospital Medicine physician staffing and management services, has announced a partnership with North Mississippi Medical Center – West Point to build a Hospital Medicine program and provide staffing and management services. The facility is located in West Point, MS.

North Mississippi Medical Center is a community hospital system with five different locations in Mississippi. The West Point location was opened in 1985 and is now a 60 bed-facility, seeing about 16,500 visits per year to the ED.

The partnership between Keystone and NMMC will help the hospital better serve the medical needs of the community. Keystone will manage the HM program, providing a Medical Director, physicians and advanced practice providers, as well as industry best practices for managing each department.

“We are very excited to be taking over management of the HM Services at NMMC-West Point,” said Glenn Adams, Keystone’s President. “We look forward to building a solid HM clinical team and service foundation that will deliver high quality care and improved HM service performance.”

Keystone will assume staffing and management responsibilities of the Hospital Medicine program starting March 1, 2016.
